Vintage NHA Trang Vietnam US Air Force Open Mess 1960’s Made in Japan. Very much like the Zippo lighter Penguin made lighters like this in Japan which were used by forces fighting in the Vietnam War. The base of the lighter only reads Japan. Still in excellent condition but was a used lighter in its day.
