Rare Vintage Folk Art Owl Carving by Riley F. Napier. This piece is made of driftwood and in excellent condition. Riley Napier is a famous artist from Florida who specialized in paintings and driftwood art/carvings. He was born on December 19, 1913. He died on February 10, 1989 at age 75. A google search will turn up a fair amount of information about this artist and his works. His work is highly collected in the art world. It measures 10 1/4" Tall, 10 1/4" Long and a little over 4" Wide.
