VINTAGE THE GONG BELL MFG. CO. SPINNING TOP PUSH PULL TOY WOOD METAL BELL WHEEL. This is a rare and very elaborate version of this toy by Gong Bell MFG. It is in excellent condition for its age. Likely 30’s to 1940’s. It operates perfectly (kind of loud). We couldn’t locate another one like it on the web.
