Vtg J Chein & Co Sea Plane Pontoon Windup Tin Toy. Key turns but it doesn’t wind up. Turned the other way the propeller will turn. Good display piece but could use a tinkerer’s touch. 1930’s-1940’s. Measures 8 1/2" Long
