Tour of the World in Eighty Days by Verne, Jules. Published by Richard Edward King London circa 1880. 1st British Version in this format. Condition on this book is poor. Cover is still intact with shelf wear. Internally the pages are quite fragile with the first few pages detached and partial seperation of the insheets inside covers. Does appear to have all of its pages although the page edges have fraying to some. Likely from the staggered binding that was common on many books in its era. A popular book which later came to be known as Around the World in Eighty Days. This book no doubt was read many times. Condition as it is this is this books reward more lies in just owning one of Jules Vernes early books.
