Pair of mid century art prints after Li Tang published by Shorewood Publishers Inc and distributed by Penn Prints New York with original print folders ex Chuck and Eileen Hoffman Collection
A matched pair of mid 20th century fine art reproductions each depicting a classical Chinese painting attributed to the Song dynasty master Li Tang
Both prints retain their original titled print folders as originally issued

DR110 The Return of Duke Wen of Chin
DR203 Old Man and Child on Buffalo also cataloged as Man and Child on Buffalo
The latter is based on a work in the Freer Gallery of Art Washington DC
Each print measures 17 3 8 in by 13 7 8 in
Both were housed in frames until recently removed for safer shipping and as a result remain in excellent well preserved condition with clean surfaces strong impressions and no major staining or tears
The original print folders are also in excellent condition showing only minimal age toning and very light handling wear
These high quality reproductions were produced during the 1950s to 1970s for collectors and decorators and remain desirable examples of classical Chinese imagery presented in Western print format
