1929 My Gift to Jesus 1st Edition (For children)
My Gift to Jesus a Childs Book of Prayers. Published by Lawdale Publishing House Chicago 1929. 1st Edition. Very elaborately constructed book. Appears to be a thin leather cover with embossing and gold gilt. It is in excellent condition. When they made this book it appears they used a glue which was applied a bit to heavy inside the covers. Only real fault I could find with it. Very rare book. Couldn’t find another like it on the web. 158 pgs. Measures 6 3/4" by 5 3/4". Comes with original box. Box is a bit tattered but has served its purpose over the past 90 years.
