Outstanding 5 3/8" Highly Ground and Polished Neolithic Celt found in Africa. African celts of this size, quality and color are far and few between. The effort that went in to this celt is comparable to Danish Celts. On this celt the ancient maker ground the surface from the bit to nearly half way up the tool and applied similar effort toward the edges on the sides to thicken and strengthen this tool for use.
