1800's Bronze Indian Temple Toy - Elaborate Peacock on Wheels
1800’s Bronze Temple Toy – Elaborate Peacock on Wheels. In excellent condition this hand forged and engraved toy nicely represents the artistry that went in to so many things made in India and adjoining countries in the 18th and 19th century. There is a hold in the lip of the base on the front where a string or chain was likely attached to pull this bird around. It measures 5 1/8" Long and 3 3/8" tall.
