4 5/8" Flint Ridge Chalcedony Arrowhead – Modern Made. Flint Ridge Chalcedony of this size and quality is quite expensive. The folks who quarry it in recent times have to use heavy equipment (back hoes and jack hammers) to get it out for modern knappers to attempt to make something from it. Unfinished the stone would have been 30 dollars or higher unfinished. This piece is an unheated specimen. Heat treated it would change colors.
