OTN Leather & Beadwork Booties/Moccasins. Made for a small child these small shoes are new/never worn. The souls of the shoes measure about 4 1/4" long. We couldn’t figure out what OTN means (one definition given on the abbreviation means "On The Needles"). Ex: Pride of The Nations Store. Until it closed the Store represented many of the tribes artwork from across the country. Native American.
