Antique Spiked Calf Nose Ring made of Cast Iron or Steel
Antique Cast Iron or Steel Calf Weaning tool. Spiked nose ring. Primitive farm tool. Back in our forefathers time these were used to wean the calves off their mama. The spikes would poke the old cow and she would stay away from the calf or nudge it away. In recent times these are still used but most are plastic. Measures a little over 7".
