1901 Elegant Birds/Cranes 75 MM Trench Art Artillery Shell Casing. This shell depicts two birds fishing. This shell doesnt seem to commemorate anything but is extremely artistic. The base of the shell reads 75 A RS L1648 1. Unless the stamp wasnt crimped hard enough when made to catch the second number this is a 1901 casing. It measures 12 1/4" Tall
