Annularic Stellata Mazon Creek Fossil
Annularic Stellata Mazon Creek Fossil is an extinct, tree-sized horsetail plant which thrived during the Pennsylvanian period approximately 300 million years ago. Complete with both sides and labeled pit-11. Mazon Creek is located near Morris in Grundy County Illinois and is a very popular site for the excavation of many fossils. Several books have been written about this site. Measures 3 5/8" x 1 7/16".
