These clubs were primarily ceremonial objects, symbolizing wealth and high rank. The were often used in ceremonial exchanges and as prestigious gifts. The bird head represents power and prestige, and the club is a symbol of the owner’s status within the community. 21" long and 5 1/4" wide.
