19th Century Cased Gamblers Kit
A 19th-century gambler’s kit is a fascinating collection of tools and accessories used by gamblers of that era. These kits were often portable and designed to be discreet, allowing gamblers to carry their essentials while traveling. Included in the kit is a Marlin Single Shot Pistol, Sheffield 2 Bone Handle Knife and sheath, A leather dice container with 2 dice, and a 1860-1880 full deck of Playing Cards. The case measures 6" x 16" x 2 1/2". The knife is 11 1/4" long in the sheath. This kit not only served practical purposes but also reflected the gambler’s status and style. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in these kits make them highly collectible and prized by enthusiasts of historical artifacts. The deck of cards are reproductions.
