Pre-Columbian Mayan Haunting Anthropomorphic Pottery Incense Burner. The face of the figure on this piece has a look of horror with mouth gaping open. Very good condition for its age with heavy patination. The base is in excellent condition with no restoration. The cover with the figure on top has one corner section glued back on with 2 stress cracks that have been glued for reinforcement. A very nice and interesting 2 piece set. Together they measure 5 7/8" long 3 1/8" wide and 7 7/8" tall.
