6 7/8" Bowling Green Brown Square Knife found in Pike County, Missouri
6 7/8" Bowling Green Brown Square Knife found in Pike County, Missouri. A nicely made blade. Manufacture suggests it is not paleo. Flaking is consistent with Etley Culture. The Blade edges are refined so it was used as it is. The ends are squared and appear to have been intentionally left that way. Has a bow to the blade which may be why it wasnt finisned in to an etley, sedalia or other large point type that was manufactured in this way. Ex John Borrowman Collection.
