3 1/2" Starved Rock Chert Turin found in Bureau County, Illinois by Grover T. Hood. Body build is different than turins found in our area. Looks more like a dovetail in blade manufacture. You collectors from up in that area of Illinois may have another name to put on it. Nicely made piece from a highly collected lithic material.
