19th to Early 20th Century Gold Gilted Shakyamuni Bronze Buddha – Tibet. Bronze Buddha statues from Tibet are often intricately crafted and hold significant cultural and religious value. Shakyamuni Buddha is used for meditation and religious practices. May be older than we believe. Gold gilt has worn considerably from time and use. From the Chuck and Eileen Hoffman Collection. Measures just under 8 1/2" tall.
