Old Yemen Bedouin Tribal Silver and Coral Necklace
Vintage Yemen Bedouin Tribal Silver and Coral Necklace. Worn by Tribal Bedouins that lived in Yemen and Saudi Arabia in the late 19th to early 20th century this necklace weighs approximately 126 grams or 4 1/2 ounces. Red beads appear to be coral. Silver content out of that region on pieces like this are generally between 80 and 92%. Weighs 4 1/2 ounces. From the Chuck and Eileen Hoffman Collection. Has the patination that goes along with age as shown in photos. Very good condition for its age.
