African Mask Bamana Marka Brass Wood Burkina Faso Mali. Mid-Century or older. 23 inches long 10 inches wide 8 inches tall. They don’t get much better than this one. Extreme detail and decoration with the original cloth head cover. An outstanding example of the type. From the Chuck and Eileen Hoffman Collection. Chuck and his wife spent most of their lives teaching in various countries bringing back interesting and often old pieces from the cultures they shared their lives with.
