Barbi Benton Playboy Binder with 4 Signatures. 4 Playboy issues 2 Signed by Barbi Benton 1969-1973. 1973 Country Music signed, and Dec. 2, 1974 People signed by Barbi Benton with Hugh Hefner on the cover. Barbi Benton is perhaps best known for her long relationship (1969-1976) with Hugh Hefner. Although never a "playmate", Benton was a Playboy pin-up or cover girl in the early 1970s and in 1985 and recorded on the Playboy label. She had starring roles in some minor films.
