Thick Pre-Columbian Mayan Face Effigy circa 2000 BP
Thick Pre-Columbian Mayan Face Effigy. Made of pottery this piece is a bit thicker than we generally see with facial features that suggest that it could be an Olmec piece. With cracks as shown and a glued on nose. This effigy measures 5 1/2" by 3 1/2" by 3" approximately. From the late Tom Moxley Collection.
