12 Old Tribal African Amber Beads found in north Africa
12 Old Tribal African Amber Beads found in north Africa. Tested these using the salt water test. The 4 larger ones are patinated butterscotch amber and the smaller ones are an orange color of amber. The dark brown one tested the same as the others but has a much darker tone than the other ambers for some reason. These ambers measure 1/4" to 3/4" The larger ones should shine right up if put on a polishing wheel. As they are they have a flat finish and appear to have never been polished by the tribal peoples that made them.
