2 5/8" Earless Calf Creek found in Cooper County, Missouri. Made of either a rough form of excello chert or a form of riolite. Remnants of the weaved notching to the base help identify this piece. Calf Creek makers used the material available and often produced earless points like this one from lesser materials. Ex James Bond Collection.
