Old Doctor Carlin’s recipes : being a complete collection of recipes on every known subject, as selected from the msgs of old Doctor William Carlin of Bedford, England together with additions by the American editor on various subjects : embracing also a department for the household of most thoroughly tried recipes, a treatise on bees, a treatise on poultry, etc. being the latest and most reliable collection of recipes for the farm, the household, the sick room, the kitchen 1882. 1st Edition. Very rare hardback book. Appears to have all of its pages. Good amount of wear to the cover. Internally front cover inpage is separated. There are many articles and notes which appear to be more recipes attached with needle pins on pages toward the front and back. We had to remove the ones that were covering title page for photo but left them in the book. Appears to be a fun read with old time remedies.
