Together with The Psalter or Psalms of David. Certified by-Benjamin T. Onderdonk. Published by J. B. Lippincott & Co., Philadelphia, 1857. Pretty Good condition for its age. Publishers original black leather hardback with gold gilt to cover, spine and page ends. Page ends are elaborately embossed as well. Has a little foxing toward the front and back, a couple small holes on the first two pages, 2 blank pages at the back of the book have pieces torn off, shelf wear to corners and minor separation at the top back of the spine cover. Binding is tight. Not sure if there was supposed to be a string or attachment that went with the metal clip on the front of the book. For a book over 150 years old its done pretty good. Rough page estimate 500. It starts at page 1 with each chapter. 5 3/4" by 3 3/4"
