26" Mastadon Tailbone Fossil found in Northern Missouri by Jeff Gower. Outstanding specimen. Laying in the river and having never seen one this definitely had me scratching my head. 1st impression was it looks like a Dragon Skull. After showing it to a couple other fossil collectors we decided it has to be from a Mammoth, Mastadon or Giant Ground Sloth. Fossil collectors feel free to message us if you can narrow it down.
