Chi Wara Headdress Mythical African Farming Spirit. Hand carved piece of art from one piece of wood. The Chi Wara was said to have taught farming to The Bamana People. Decorated with glass beads, cowrie shells, and decorative metal on the head neck and body. This is a very fancy example and one of the best you will see. 10 1/2 inches tall 25 inches long.
