Railroad Share Certificates 1940’s-1960’s (14 Total in Folio Book). Certificates are in excellent condition. Not redeemable except by designees who may or may not still be alive on the certificates. These certificates were for shares in Chicago and Northwest Railways; Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company; Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company; Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville Railway Company; Chicago Great Western Railway Company & Union Pacific Railroad. Folio is still in nice shape and it has kept these certificates in excellent condition over the years. Folio is 16 1/2" by 12 1/2". Certificates vary in size a little but for the most part are around 12" by 8".
