Outstanding Neolithic Jade Parrot Stone Pendant found in Liaoning Province near the Mongolian Boarder in China. This is an exceptional Jade Bird Pendant from the Hong Shan Culture 3000-2000 B.C.. The ancient artisan masterfully carved this piece from the stone capturing changes in the stone to accent the beak on the carving. Exhibits good patination and no signs of modern machining. Measures 3 1/4" Wide
