2 Pre-Columbian Mayan Rattle Heads from the same Pottery Vessel
2 Pre-Columbian Mayan Rattle Heads from the same Pottery Vessel. Have a clay marble that moves back and forth in them when you shake them. Heads like these were attached to ceremonial pottery vessels. These two may have been rattle heads from a tripod style pot or served as two handles on a vessel. From the Eldon Launer Collection
