2 Mid Century Pear Wood Figural Egg Cup Holders. We found a very close match to one of these on the web. They are evidently quite rare. In reading through a thread about them antique experts argued back and forth about where they originated. The consensus was SE Germany or Japan. Some thought they may have originally been made in SE Germany then copied by the Japanese. Either way they are cool hand crafted egg holders in very good to excellent condition. Couple minor spots that could use a touch up on paint. They measure 2 3/4" Tall.
