7 5/8" Vintage Sedalia made by George Eklund
7 5/8" Vintage Sedalia made by George Eklund. 1970’s to 1990’s. George has been a copper knapper since the 1970’s and as far as we know is still hitting a rock now and then. He is best known for his Arrowhead in a Rock Creations that he often made and sold at Artifact shows in Missouri and Illinois. His favorite point types to make have always been Sedalia’s and Etleys. This is a classic example of Georges work. He always like to put old English on his points to make them look more like the old ones. That makes them that much easier to identify for those familiar with its look.
