1958 to 1964 Battle of the Blue and Gray Louis Marx and Company Civil War Plastic Soldiers. The Battle of the Blue and Gray is one of the more prized games of its time. There is no box that came with the many pieces of that play set shown here. There were additional pieces made to go with the Blue and Gray Game set after its initial release. Most are in very good shape while some have faults as shown in photos. This lot has approximately 50 Blue and Gray pieces that appear to have no faults. 14 to 16 additional ones that do have damage (usually a sword or gun end broke off which is very common on these collectibles. Many of the pieces in this lot sell and trade between collectors for 10-20 dollars each and up. Highlights of this lot are the Ghosts which include Abraham Lincoln, 2 Cannons, 2 Horses and a few military scenery items.
