2 15/16" Super Fine Colorful Avon Chert Short Base Hardin found in Madison Co, IL. Ex Jeff Gower Collection. Ryan Keele COA. Inch for inch this piece holds the power with its workmanship and color over most 5 inch hardins. It has the classic short base for its variation of hardin and flawless flaking without even so much as a flee bite out of an edge. This is a grade 10 artifact.
