Vintage Valiant Bamboo Handle Knife. This knife reads "Valiant Stainless Steel Hot Dropforged Blade Japan". Could not find another bamboo handled knife by this maker on the web. It may have been given a new handle later in its life if it were not manufactured this way. It measures 17 5/8"
