Collection of Pre-Columbian to Colonial Period Copper Artifacts found in East Central South America
Collection of Pre-Columbian to Colonial Period Copper Artifacts found in East Central South America. Items of interest in this group are a button, a pendant that looks like an old key (or it really is an old key), what appears to be a fish hook, nails, a large copper sewing needle, 2 parts of a spoon etc.. There is one 4 sided steel nail in the group which is likely the least old in this assemblage. They measure 1 3/8" to almost 4 1/2". Ex Jim Butler Collection.
