Outstanding 5 5/16" Dalton found in Pike County, Illinois Pictured in Who's Who #7
Outstanding 5 5/16" Burlington Dalton found in Pike County, Illinois. Ancient daltons of this size are extremely rare. Pictured in Who’s Who #7 page 264. Ex Leo Paul Davis, Ryan & Beau Leech Collections. This dalton has all of the bells and whistles we expect to see in a good old piece. Patination and manufacture are without question exactly how they should be on this piece. Flaking is superb with outstanding patination. This dalton is made of Burlington Chert found in Pike County, Illinois. It comes with Ryan Keele and Tom Davis COA’s.
