Navy and International Code Flag Cards Device 5LL1 (70) cards. Complete set in its original box. Cards are in excellent condition. Original box has some wear. The Navy and International Code Flag Cards, specifically Device 5LL1, were used as training tools for Navy Signalmen and Officers. These cards helped in learning and practicing the use of signal flags for communication, which is a vital skill in naval operations. They were also likely used in the Coast Guard for similar purposes. Produced in the 1950’s
