2 7/8" Apple Creek found in Lee County, Iowa by Gary Dinwiddie. Found by Gary Dinwiddie in Lee County, Iowa or one of the adjoining counties. An interesting point. The corners of the base are both sheared evenly and intentionally with basal grinding. An alteration by the Indian to adjust to hafting. Rare to see that on this point type.
