The Complete Herbalist or The People Their Own Physicians by Brown, O. Phelps. Published by Author, Jersey City, NJ, 1865. 1st Edition. Hardback in Good Minus Condition. Cover has a good amount of wear. Internally some pencil scribling inside the cover and a couple other pages. Tare to the title page. Past that book is intact and good reading for those curious about how people looked at treating what aled them in the mid 1800’s. Many remedies likely still are good to this day while others are probably a no no.
