Hard Cover. Condition: Good condition. Cover has some wear. Hannes Bok (interior illustrations) (illustrator). First Edition. ———-large hardcover, 8-3/4 inches wide by 11 inches tall. Chapters 1-7 are by Merritt, while Bok wrote chapters 8-27 following Merritt’s death. The book is the first edition.
