Original Lithograph by Honore Daumier circa 1850-1851 "Seance de nuit" (Night Session)
"Seance de nuit" (Night Session) is No. 23 in Honore Daumier’s satirical print series Physionomies de L’ Assemblee ("Physiognomies of the Assembly"). The series was published in the French satirical newspaper Le Charivari around 1850–1851. This is a page from one of those newspapers. The page has age toning with a taped tare coming up from the bottom of the page as shown in photos. It measures 14 3/8" by 9 3/4" approximately.
