Lot 352:
19th Century Stoneware Whiskey Jug in Excellent Condition
This is a late 19th century two-tone stoneware whiskey jug measuring approximately 9 inches tall. It features a dark brown Albany-slip glazed upper section, a light buff lower body, a single strap handle, and a narrow mouth fitted with a cork stopper. The jug is unmarked, which is typical for 19th century utilitarian stoneware. The form and glaze style are consistent with half-gallon whiskey jugs produced in the late 1800s. The handle and rim appear intact in the provided photo, with age-consistent glaze wear.
